Where does my order ship from?

All orders ship from our central shipping facility in Louisville, Kentucky, zip code 40210.

When can I expect my order to be shipped?

Ground orders may take 7 to 10 business days to arrive.
Home Delivery orders will ship within 72 business hours.
Air orders received by 12:00pm EST will ship the same day the order is received.
Air orders received after 12:00pm EST will ship the next day, (for example, a "2nd Day Shipping" or an "Overnight" order placed on Thursday, after the cut-off time, will be processed and shipped on Friday, but will not be delivered until Monday.
Shipping options refer to business days only.

Please note that FEDEX does not ship to APO or PO Boxes. Only USPS ships to APO or PO Boxes.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Our shipping rates for within the Unite States are provided by Federal Express, and are calculated based on the weight of your order and your zip code.
International shipping rates are provided by Federal Express or United States Postal Service (Priority Mail International), and are calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery address.

What shipping options do you have on International Orders?

We offer two methods of shipping internationally:

1.Fedex: international economy and international priority
2.United States Postal Service: Priority Mail International (Less expensive, but slower: 5 business days to Canada.)

Please note that FEDEX does not ship to APO or PO Boxes.

What shipping options do you have for shipping within the United States?

We use Federal Express to ship within the United States.

Yes, ThePaperSeller.com ships internationally.
