FREE SHIPPING GROUND SERVICE & HOME DELIVERY for orders over $50 .          

Ground Service and Home Delivery orders may take 7 to 10 business days to arrive.          
These orders will ship within 72 business hours from order receipt.                                                 

2nd Day Air, Standard and First Overnight, Priority and Express Saver orders received by 12.00 P.M. EST., will ship the same day.
If received after 12.00 P.M. EST., these orders will ship the next day.

Example: the 2nd Day, Standard and First Overnight, Priority and Express Saver orders placed on Thursday, after 12.00 PM EST, will be processed and shipped on Friday.
Shipping options refer to business days, only.

Please Note: FEDEX does not ship to PO BOX and APO addresses.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are offering two shipping methods for International orders:

1 FEDEX  - more expensive but faster;
2.USPS (United States Postal Service) - the most affordable international shipping method, (Priority Mail International) .

International Deliveries: All products from ThePaperSeller.com are available for delivery outside the United States.FREE SHIPPING does not apply to international shipping.
To determine international delivery rates, please add the item(s) to your cart and complete the delivery address fields. The amount will be automatically calculated based on your delivery destination and will be shown in the delivery information page.

All prices are U.S. Dollars.  Delivery costs do not include any applicable duties and taxes. The recipient will be responsible for these charges at the time of delivery. Standard delivery time is 4 - 6 weeks. No next day or rush delivery is available for international shipping.

Occasionally, the products you have ordered may not be immediately available. ThePaperSeller may elect to immediately ship items that are in stock so that you receive them as soon as possible, and then ship the rest of your order as it becomes available. If we choose to do this, you will still pay the same shipping fee as if the order had been shipped all at once.

We charge sales tax only for orders shipped to addresses within the State of Connecticut. This is in accordance with state and federal regulations regarding Internet sales tax.
